Recruiting Experts

Pavilion helped me land a desirable position within my field during a difficult period of securing an opportunity. Paige was absolutely professional and thoughtful throughout the process, and I’m really grateful to have had her support. It was a pleasure working with her and would recommend Pavilion to anyone seeking their next opportunity.

We’ve completed multiple new hires with Joe Hunt over the last several months and have been really happy with the level of candidates he’s shared with us and the level of interest he has in making sure we are hiring the right person for our needs. He’s very interested in understanding our company’s culture, growth trajectory, long and short-term goals, and other aspects of the organization to make sure the candidate is a strong fit. We consider him a valuable extension of our organization.

I worked with Phoebe on a permanent placement after being self employed for 13 years. Phoebe was very helpful with providing useful and practical guidance, proactive in relation to communicating and generally supportive throughout the process. Phoebe is a rare example of a recruitment consultant who delivers. I highly recommend Phoebe.
