Based in a small, welcoming and friendly team you will be responsible for policy renewals, processing MTAs and managing client queries for Property Owners and Tradesmen Liability policies. You will manage approximately 40 client policies each month, placing these via the OGI platform. Our client promote a client focused approach and pride themselves on offering a personal touch to each and every customer. Somebody who shares the same values as an Insurance Broker would be great for this opportunity. Please note this position is office based Monday to Friday 9-5pm To be considered you must have experience in the following: Broking either of the following policies: Package, Property Owners/Landlords, Tradesmen Liability OR Household policies Competent in managing your own diary and working independently Must be able to demonstrate consistency in client servicing, 'going above and beyond' for policyholders Be comfortable in managing busy workloads Must enjoy working in a team focused environment
Proactively handle cyber and technology claims on behalf of CFC’s capacity providers from first notification of loss to settlement within the scope of CFC’s delegated authorities Foster good relationships with policyholders, brokers, underwriters and capacity providers, and drive excellent customer service Actively work with a panel of response vendors during claims incidents Ensure that there is prompt and accurate reserving, identifying and pursuing relevant third party recoveries and seeking to reduce claims leakage
Inheriting a book of business worth circa £350,000 Person currently/previously dealing with this book is on gardening leave for a year so business won't be under attack for at least 12 months All cross class Commercial clients 10,000-100,000 premiums Will have Handlers attached Clients across the South East and one up in Liverpool but can speak to them via zoom if that far away Will be based from home - once in office per week/fortnight Salary: £35,000-50,000 + bonus (kicks in at 95% retention / sliding scale) £400 per month car allowance 0.25p per mile

A highly respected Insurance Broker in West Sussex is currently looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join their established team. This is predominately an in-house role managing an existing portfolio of commercial account managed business. You will support a team of Account Executives and will be expected to play a key role in the Broking of Commercial Insurance policies via open market presentations and e-trade. You will also deal with claims and policy documentation issuing. It is essential that all applicants have a strong understanding of Commercial Insurance gained within an Account Handling position. Candidates must also have excellent communication skills and will have either started or be willing to start study for professional qualifications.
