Account Executive – Financial Lines

Account Executive required for a Lloyd’s Broker in London.

Pavilion Recruitment are working with a well-established international Lloyd’s Broker in London who are looking for an Account Executive to join their Technical team

In this role you will work within a team of 20 staff supporting the broking team of 50, who deal with international (mainly US) wholesale and some retail accounts. This will be a varied role with responsibilities including:

• Preparation of contract documentation (MRCs, EOCs etc.);
• Prepare formal quotes
• Review and improve wordings if required;
• Review regulatory requirements and ensure compliance;
• Preparation of supporting documentation such as spreadsheets to track complex placements;
• Ensure premiums and taxes are accurate;
• Work with finance to ensure premiums are received and paid;
• Load placements onto PPL;
• Assist in tailoring solutions for clients and producers;
• Manage allocated account list;
