Bordereaux Manager

Pavilion Recruitment are extremely proud to be partnering with one of the leading legacy insurance businesses within the London Market. Due to their organic and rapid growth, they are actively recruiting a Bordereaux Manager to join their busy team. They will be responsible for the day to day mapping of their bordereaux services and oversee a small team of associates, as well as assisting within delegated authority when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of the bordereaux end-to-end mapping service and a history of team leadership or management. An understanding of legacy insurance and the London Market is advantageous although not essential.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

• Provide effective management of the end-to-end bordereaux process for claims, premium & risk
• Coordinate the management, control and oversight of bordereaux handling, including claims, underwriting and premium
• Monitor and maintain strong relationships with outsource partners
• Assist with technical/data issues, reporting and meetings
• Work with the Delegated Authority team to carry out ad-hoc projects regarding internal system management and data interrogation
• Support in the transition/onboarding of new acquisitions
