I’m excited to be working with my client who are a leading legacy insurance company with offices nationwide. They are actively recruiting for a Professional Indemnity and Directors & Officers Claims Adjuster to join their busy team.
They are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years’ PI or D&O experience and an understanding of the claims process. They offer excellent development and training opportunities and a competitive bonus and benefits package.
Promptly agree valid claims and reject invalid claims
Raise all appropriate queries where further information is required
Adjust quantum of covered claims and ensure accurate reserves are recorded
Negotiate and resolve disputed claims
Liaising with Co-insurers as required and manage and enhance relationships with internal and external lawyers and adjusters
