Claims Adjuster – Professional Indemnity and Financial Institutions

An opportunity to join a London Market leading TPA Global Insurance company that are recruiting a Professional Indemnity and Financial Institutions Claims Adjuster to join their expanding team.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of ECF, and the claims adjusting process, as well as a strong track record of Professional Indemnity and Financial Institutions insurance experience.

Key responsibilities and duties will include:

• Managing and adjusting claims from first notification to settlement
• Claims adjusting on behalf of current and future clients
• Managing and enhancing client relationships
• Monitoring performance against contract SLAs and KPIs
• Mentoring and training less experienced members of the team
• Appointing experts and legal counsel where deemed appropriate
