    Overview

    I am extremely excited to be working with my client who are a leading TPA business within the market. They are actively seeking a Claims Handler to join their busy team at a really exciting time. Due to their organic growth and busy nature, the ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and be able to show initiative, have a strong understanding of liability insurance, and MoJ processes.

    An overview of the roles and responsibilities can be found below:

    • Handling claims from first notification to settlement
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
    • Litigation management
    • Ensure that appointed experts are given clear instructions regarding scope of works
    • Ensure management systems are kept factually and financially up to date
    • Work within agreed SLA’s and maintain and enhance client relationships
    • Flexibility on hybrid and remote working
    Salary £25,000 - £35,000
