Claims Handler

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from start to finish, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support throughout the claims journey. Your expertise in commercial property, liability, or motor fleet claims will be instrumental in achieving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage claims from cradle to grave, including handling the first notification of loss.
Negotiate with insurers and provide steadfast support to clients throughout the claims process.
Experience with Acturis is highly desirable.

Requirements:

Previous experience in claims handling, specifically in commercial property, liability, and motor claims.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for clients.
Familiarity with Acturis systems is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
