Claims Operations Technician

They are actively seeking a Claims Operations Technician to join their collaborative team within their main claims operations function. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the insurance industry specifically within claims operations.

Role & responsibilities will include

• Develop and maintain relationships with key business functions
• Attending meetings with Underwriters and Claims Handlers
• Completing multiple claims operational administrative tasks
• Producing reports for internal & external stakeholders
• Assist with the delegated authority management
• Due diligence and reporting on TPA performance
• Assist with KPI implementation and monitoring
• Processing and managing bordereaux
