Mostly Homebased with some office work (Lingfield, Surrey)


Pavilion Recruitment are delighted to be hiring 2 Commercial Schemes Account Handlers on a mostly Home Working basis, for our client who are a specialist and independently owned Insurance Brokerage.

Working for a small business that has a clear passion for its employees and clients, your role will be to Account Handle policies for renewals and midterm adjustments whilst at the same time handling customer enquiries.  Our client have achieved internal Delegated Authority status which will allow you to prepare, bind and rate risks within your own authority level, only referring when needed.

On a technical basis you will be working on Commercial Combined and Fleet policies where premiums range from £100 – £30,000.

The Director and staff of this brokerage all work in unison and have built a great team focused and supportive culture.

The position will be predominantly home based, with some minimal requirements to meet with the team/your manager in their Lingfield office.

Both Part Time- and Full-Time applications will be considered.

Experience Required

Candidates must possess experience in broking or underwriting Liability OR Fleet policies

Both open market and delegated authority broking experience will be considered

Cert CII or working towards is preferred

Acturis is an advantage, however not essential

Excellent communication and customer services skills

Confidence to work independently as well as within a team cultured environment

Proven ability to work unsupervised from home


Salary £28,000 - £32,000

30 days annual leave, Cert CII sponsorship
