Commercial SME Account Handler
Hybrid – 4 days office / 1 day home
Pavilion Recruitment are recruiting for a Commercial SME Account Handler to join an Independent Insurance Brokerage in Farnham.
This client has grown from strength to strength since opening their doors in 2017 and have been successful in opening a new London office in 2023. With a passion to grow, there are expansion plans in place and lots of exciting things to come.
As a Commercial Account Handler you will take ownership for your own portfolio of policies which will be SME level, premiums upto £5,000.
This role is renewal/service focused where you will expected to manage c30-40 renewals each month, utilising Acturis e-trade to gather policy terms.
Noo Commercial policy experience is required as you will be taught about many policies to include Commercial Combined, Contractors, Pubs, Restaurants, Liability.
Due to plans to expand, internal career opportunities will be available too all staff members.
Exposure to working with customers within an insurance environment which can be broking, underwriting, customer services or claims.
Excellent customer services skills.
Able to work on own initiative managing time scales and sometimes under pressure.
Willingness to complete the Cert CII (fully funded/sponsored, by the company).
