Our client – a top 3 Global Brokerage have initiated their plans to develop a new Health & Social Care Corporate Broking division in Reading and seek talented Account Handlers with experience to join the team.
Joining a team of Risk Managers, Directors and Executives you will work as an Account Handler, providing support in broking mostly complex risks at both renewal and new business stage, whilst prospering client relationships.
Using manual methods to broke you will be working on generous risks, working with average fees of £70,000 and above.
Most of the clients are household names, domiciled in the UK, but due to their size will often have international operations so you will also deal with Global Inwards and Outwards business.
Although this is a desk-based role you will have opportunity to attend meetings with clients as part of your own personal development.

Commercial Insurance Brokers and Commercial Underwriters will be considered with preference given to those that have dealt with larger commercial policies, placing risks by selective market presentation
It is essential that applying candidates have experience of broking risks for Health & Social Care clients and understand insurer markets
