    An exciting opportunity to join one of the market leading cyber teams based in the heart of the London Market. With 40% of their business emanating from cyber and a tripled headcount within the last three years, they continue to demonstrate their strong growth and development.     They are actively seeking a technically strong adjuster to join their Cyber team and handle an international portfolio of claims from FNOL to settlement. The team works collaboratively with the underwriters, and actively work with a panel of response vendors during claims incidents.

    The ideal candidate will have strong experience of handling claims and managing a wide range of tasks in a calm and efficient manner. They will have a strong ambition to work in the cyber market and have a strong understanding of market issues, resolutions, and have a desire to become a subject matter expert. Proficient knowledge of ECF is desired although not necessary. The candidate will not require experience of working with cyber claims but this would be advantageous.

    Roles and Responsibilities will include

    • Proactively handle cyber and technology claims
    • Ensure that there is prompt and accurate reserving, identifying and pursuing relevant third-party recoveries
    • Work closely with service providers to ensure quality and value for money service is provided/received within required timeframes
    • General claims administrative duties such as electronic file management filing and payment requests, and the production of management information
    • Working closely with underwriters providing feedback on claims issues/trends and the Products team concerning the development of CFC’s products and wordings
    • Identify and escalate claims related issues to Claims Manager and Claims Director where necessary
    Salary £45,000 - £75,000
