I’m delighted to be partnering with my client who are one of the most exciting Managing Agencies in the London market. Currently growing at very impressive rate, their continual growth year on year has led to another exciting opening in their Data, MI and Analytics department. My client is actively looking to hire a Data & MI Analyst with proven experience in data management & reporting via SQL Management Studio.

Ideal candidates would have experience of insurance data & reporting and a wider KPI and performance reporting. You will also need to possess good communication and presentation skills to a broad range of stakeholders and the ability to adapt in a fast changing environment, quickly identifying and solving problems.

A brief overview and sample of some of your responsibilities are shown below for your consideration:

  • BAU Data flows – assist with the management of data flows between systems/ functions:
  • Monthly RI recovery runs and associated two-way data transfer between the Enterprise data warehouse and RI system
  • Monthly data flows between TPA’s and on Company Markets business
  • MI & Analytics – assist with preparation and maintenance of the suite of MI reports to support the management of the business, & ad hoc analysis for the functional areas
  • Support the Head of Data & Analytics with the automation & development of the respective processes, including the rollout of new automation tools
  • The role requires a knowledge & understanding of Insurance data, reporting and processes to provide the management with high quality analytics, underpinned by efficient data processes
  • This is an Analyst role reporting to the Head of Data and Analytics
