Our client who is a well-respected and long-established Pensions consultancy and administration firm are looking for a Senior Pensions Administrator to join their DB division.
This is a key role within Pension Solutions Operations and provides a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a good background in pensions administration.
The role requires you to be well-organised, have an aptitude for figure work and great attention to detail. In return you will be offered a structured career path and a full training programme will be provided.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Provide administration service to customers, working to agreed targets
Performing and issuing pension calculations
Day to day client contact and their “go to” person, taking responsibility for everything that is viable to them and ensuring they are happy and satisfied with the service provided.
Carry out projects and ad-hoc activities as determined by the team leader.
Developing full awareness of our procedures and ensuring that these have been followed when checking and reviewing work.
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and behaviours:
Excellent attention to detail and capable of following defined processes and procedures
Strong communication skills
Proven track record of quality, timely delivery
The ability to develop positive and productive working relationships
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Previous pensions experience is essential
