We are looking for an IFA administrator to join our team and help us provide our clients with the highest level of service. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all client inquiries, helping our financial advisers meet their customer service goals and providing ongoing support.
The key responsibilities of an IFA administrator include, but are not limited to:
Liaise with clients, providing full range of support to all servicing requirements of existing client’s Investments, Pensions and Mortgages.
Be the first point of contact for clients and help them with any administrative tasks.
Book client meetings and manage the calendar of appointments for advisers.
Prepare meeting packs; construct portfolio valuation reports and pre-populate new business application forms.
Help ensure files are compliant and complete.
Process new business and track to completion.
Write letters to clients and providers.
Provide a high level of service to clients, including regular valuations and updates on the status of their cases.
Maintain and update back-office systems.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks in the office as required.

The key skills and qualities of an IFA administrator are:
Previous client servicing experience is desirable.
Demonstrated client focus and strong communication skills.
Ability to build lasting working relationships with providers and investment partners.
Knowledge of financial products and processes would be a strong advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary £25,000 - £30,000
