Role Overview:


The IFA Administrator/Paraplanner will play a pivotal role in our team, providing essential administrative and paraplanning support to our Financial Advisors. This position requires a proactive and organised individual with a strong background in financial services, specifically experience with Intelliflo and Transact systems.




  • Assist Financial Advisors in the preparation and submission of client applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the creation of comprehensive financial plans and investment recommendations.
  • Prepare client-specific documentation, including suitability reports, fact-finding documents, and financial summaries.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update databases using Intelliflo and Transact systems.
  • Liaise with clients, providers, and third-party professionals to gather necessary information and documentation.
  • Monitor and track client portfolios, ensuring they are in line with clients’ investment objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth client onboarding, efficient workflow, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations, market trends, and best practices to contribute to the team’s continuous improvement

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Proven experience in a similar IFA Administrator or Paraplanner role within the financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with Intelliflo and Transact systems is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Salary £25,000 - £35,000
