Role Overview:
The IFA Administrator/Paraplanner will play a pivotal role in our team, providing essential administrative and paraplanning support to our Financial Advisors. This position requires a proactive and organised individual with a strong background in financial services, specifically experience with Intelliflo and Transact systems.
Responsibilities:
Assist Financial Advisors in the preparation and submission of client applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Conduct research and analysis to support the creation of comprehensive financial plans and investment recommendations.
Prepare client-specific documentation, including suitability reports, fact-finding documents, and financial summaries.
Maintain accurate client records and update databases using Intelliflo and Transact systems.
Liaise with clients, providers, and third-party professionals to gather necessary information and documentation.
Monitor and track client portfolios, ensuring they are in line with clients’ investment objectives and risk tolerance.
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth client onboarding, efficient workflow, and exceptional service delivery.
Stay updated with industry regulations, market trends, and best practices to contribute to the team’s continuous improvement
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in a similar IFA Administrator or Paraplanner role within the financial services sector.
Familiarity with Intelliflo and Transact systems is highly desirable.
A strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and industry regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Salary £25,000 - £35,000
