Internal Broker Associate

An exciting opportunity to join one of the leading London Market insurance businesses well known for their strong growth, development, and training opportunities. Through their continued growth, they are seeking a motivated individual to join the Internal Broker team as an Associate.

This is an entry-level opportunity with the ideal candidate will being motivated to join the insurance industry. They will be given hands on internal training, work closely with the wider business to include Claims, Brokers, and Underwriters, and have a clear progression pathway. This person will need to demonstrate the ability to handle administrative tasks, work well under pressure, and be a great communicator across a variety of business departments.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Produce, upload, and process information on internal systems
• Create reports for meetings, audits, and financial matters
• Answer queries effectively and concisely
• Monitor multiple items to include cash balances and duplicated information
• Liaise confidently with internal parties and external third-party partners
• Provide and share technical advice to new members of the team
