Processing and management of incoming and outgoing post
Management and ordering of office supplies e.g. stationery, kitchen and bathroom supplies
Organising client birthday presents
Arranging client meetings and meet and greet on the day
Managing incoming calls
Using internal software to gather client data and adviser charging data
Shredding of confidential documents
Developing into:
Managing and delivering the monthly invoicing process including proficient use of excel for
creating invoices, liaising with advisers and issuing to clients
Managing and reconciling the cashbook
Using QuickBooks and pulling information to send to accountants re our quarter, half and
yearly figures
Organising company Summer and Christmas party (and other ad-hoc events)
Liaising with other professional firms to arrange get-togethers
Oversight of company calendar
Wider awareness/thinking: Spotting issues/opportunities and raising appropriately
Ad-Hoc Client Specific work as required:
Creating and issuing Letters of Authority
Communicating with providers
General cover letters to clients
Change of address letters
Getting valuations online/over the phone
Setting up clients on Prestwood and creating diary entries
General Responsibilities:

Adhere to the relevant compliance, TCF, T&C and financial crime (anti-money laundering,
data security, anti-bribery, fraud, and corruption) procedures of the firm at all times.
