    My client are a successful Wealth Management firm based in London. They are looking for an individual to come and join the business to support practice and office management in day-to-day tasks.

    Core responsibilities:

    • Phone Duties
    • Distributing Post
    • Monitoring Team inbox
    • Updating Salesforce
    • Ordering Stationery
    • Office Maintenance

    Additional responsibilities:

    • Event organisation
    • Marketing Support
    • Information Requests


    • Act promptly, focusing on the results.
    • Paying attention to details and accuracy.
    • Communicate in a friendly, professional, and concise manner. With the receiver in mind.
    • Make the office environment welcoming.
    • Seeing and owning your contribution and understanding the importance of your duties in achieving the company’s targets.

    Updating Salesforce:

    • Update Salesforce for each client call in the client record & create a task for the recipient.
    • Update client data following the SJP compliance requirements.
    • Update Opportunities following information receipt and create a notification task for the recipient.

    Marketing Support:

    • Produce mailmerge for marketing campaigns.
    • Order necessary marketing materials.
    • Update Salesforce Campaigns and client journey records if applicable.
