    Personal Lines Account Handler

    to £35,000

    West Sussex – 2 days a week office based 


    A lovely new vacancy for a Personal Lines Account Handler has just become available with a respected National Brokerage within their West Sussex offices.

    Unlike a lot of Personal Lines insurance roles in the current ‘call centre’ climate you will inherit your own book of clients and ensure a professional and tailored approach is provided at all times.  You will manage Home, Motor and Mid Net Worth policies and will work on c30 renewals each month, whilst also actioning MTAs, cross selling and quoting on new business.

    When gathering terms from your insurer panel you will use Acturis as well as present manually, depending on the complexity of the risk.

    Our client historically achieve high renewal retention, mostly due to service and a very loyal customer base.  For you to work in alignment with the team and company ethos, you will be someone who enjoys problem solving and providing the best broking experience that you can.

    This opportunity is being presented on a hybrid home working basis with a requirement of 2 days a week in the office (Tuesdays and Thursdays), once initial training has been provided.



    Competent level of experience and technical knowledge in placing either Home or Motor products

    Mid Net Worth experience is advantageous however not essential

    Client focused with a proven track record in achieving successful renewal retention

    Experience of using Acturis

    Team player
