Senior Claims Adjuster – EU Motor, MedMal, General Liability

I am extremely excited to be working with one of the market leading legacy companies within the market. They built a reputation as the best in class run off specialists and through their continued growth are looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster to join their Claims Team.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of claims experience and have a broad knowledge of General Liability, European Motor and European Medical Malpractice. They would ideally be able to speak French/Spanish/Italian/German and understand the operation of international insurance markets with regard to run-off as well as international laws relating to claims adjusting.

A brief overview of the key responsibilities and competencies can be found below.

• Achieve prompt, accurate, and consistent adjustment and reserving of European claims portfolios as well as rejecting invalid claims
• Maintain backlogs on allocated accounts in line with Lloyd’s targets and backlog KPI’s
• Identify incurred improvement on accounts in line with their business plan
• Manage relationships with internal and external lawyers and adjusters, co-insurers, and brokers
• Complete and report on ad hoc projects and tasks
