    Overview

    I’m delighted to be partnering with my client who are one of the most exciting Managing Agencies in the London market. Currently growing at very impressive rate, their continual growth year on year has led to another exciting opening in their Data, MI and Analytics department. My client is actively looking to hire a Senior Data & MI Analytics Manager with proven experience in Lloyd’s Data & Reporting and managing a Data Warehouse.

    Ideal candidates would have experience working on underlying systems such as UW, RI and Delegated, including the Data Governance framework as part of the overall Data Warehouse. Knowledge of the Actuarial and Finance reporting processes would be beneficial as well as experience of team management.

    A brief overview and sample of some of your responsibilities are shown below for your consideration:

    • Responsible for the design, development and implementation of consistent MI reporting and data analytics modules across the company’s European footprint
    • Work with the central team to act as the conduit for all data passing between systems and functions
    • Support the adoption of single source of truth reporting across all business functions- Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Actuarial, Compliance and Central Operations
    • Assist in the implementation of a robust Data Governance framework to ensure accuracy & completeness.
    • MI & Analytics – implement & maintain a central suite of MI reports to support the management of the business, & assist the functional areas with ad hoc analysis
    • Oversee the continued MI and Analytics requirements for the wider Company Markets division and for all future acquisitions
    • Support the Head of Data & MI/ Run-Off functions with the automation & streamlining of their respective processes.
    • Support the build out of the company’s Data Warehouse “Tandem” to support efficient data flows between systems/ processes, and provide high quality performance reporting to the    business
    • Support with the analysis & integration of new books.
