Senior Non-Marine Claims Associate

Due to their continued growth, they are actively recruiting for a Senior Associate to join their team and work directly and collaboratively with the Head of Claims and Business Partner. This is an amazing opportunity for an established Claims Associate to take the next step into their career and join a business that will offer a clear progression and development path.

The role will offer the opportunity to assist with the training and development of less experienced members of staff, and travelling overseas for audits and client meetings. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to handle Non-Marine claims to include lines such as Energy, Direct & Fac Property, and Casualty. They will also hold strong communication skills and the ability to maintain and enhance relationships with clients and other team members.

Responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with clients
• Processing & investigating claims ensuring the claims is valid & paid within agreed timescales
• Acting as a subject matter expert for complex technical matters
• Provide claim analytics: trending, policy issues & demographic studies
• Review claims authority ensuring it’s adequate & reflective of the business needs
• Monitor service performance and challenge where necessary
• Identify and implement process efficiencies
