Senior Property & Marine Claims Adjuster

Pavilion Recruitment are proud to work with one of the London Market Leading Legacy Insurance Businesses. Through their continued growth they are seeking a Senior Property and Marine Claims Adjuster to join their busy and collaborative team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong US Property Claims background and proven Marine experience, or a desire to learn Marine. They will be responsible for handling a portfolio of large and complex claims and will need to demonstrate the ability to handle such a portfolio. Exposure will be given to other lines of business such as Energy, Accident & Health, and Construction Claims.

Responsibilities will include:

• Management of a portfolio of large and complex claims from FNOL to settlement
• Rejecting invalid claims
• Ensuring accurate reserves are recorded & eliminate redundant reserves
• Strong relationship management with internal and external Lawyers and Adjusters
• Act as a market leader and arrange and chair market meetings
• Drive claims strategies to resolution with strong communication
