A leading Lloyds insurance syndicate working exclusively within the Lloyds market is looking for a Syndicate Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified accountant to further their career within the Insurance market.
Overview of role
You’d be responsible for preparing and compiling the data that is used within the regulatory reports.
This role manages and maintains the general ledger for the syndicate. It would involve reconciliations, statutory accounts, and preparations for the regulatory returns.
The ideal candidate will be newly qualified (or 1 exam away from qualification) with experience in the insurance industry. Candidates will be considered from either Big 4 (must be auditing Insurance clients) OR someone working in a role managing ledgers, and more operational focused, within the Insurance industry.
My client offers flexible hybrid working and a salary of up to £65,000 + bonus and wider benefits.
