Our client is looking for a sales focused Team Manager to providing coaching, feedback, training and mentorship in an FCA supervised environment.

This a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable business in our hybrid working style (after training and team completion) in which you’ll be able to work both virtually from home and the from the Leeds Office.

What the day will look like

As a Team Leader you will develop a team of up to 8 Account Managers to service existing clients and exceed their expectations. You will be responsible for driving the performance and development of your team to deliver all important metrics ensuring first class customer service. Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee performance targets set for the team. Key measures include service, cross-selling additional products, retention rates and efficiency.
  • Support the technical development and knowledge within your team including ‘soft skill’ development
  • Identify ways to improve the effectiveness of the team, ensuring that a culture of first time resolution is prevalent
  • Review regular data to understand team’s performance, areas of opportunity and take action to get results
  • Continually identify wider process and product improvements the business can make to drive overall performance
  • Supervise individual and team performance daily to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high level of quality
